TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I will participate in this educational beverage program provided by RIDGE CAFE AND WINE ACADEMY OF UTAH. I understand that such participation can include foreseeable and unforeseeable risks and other hazardous activities inherent in the program which may expose the participant to illness, injury, or death. Participant freely and voluntarily participates or allows participation in the program with the knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agrees to assume and accept any and all risk of injury or death.

WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: Participant understands and acknowledges that RIDGE CAFE or WINE ACADEMY OF UTAH is not an insurer of Participant's behavior, actions or participation in the program, and that the RIDGE CAFE or WINE ACADEMY OF UTAH assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injuries or property damages to Participant or to third persons arising out of Participation in the Program activities. Participant hereby agrees to release, waive, covenant not to sue, indemnify and hold harmless RIDGE CAFE or WINE ACADEMY OF UTAH from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Participant or loss or damage to any property belonging to Participant arising out of or related to participation in the above named Program, and excepting only such loss, damage or injury as may be caused by the sole negligence of any release.

COVID-19 CODE OF CONDUCT GUIDELINES: Abide by current Federal, State, or Local mandated social distancing rules at time of the event along with rules of the venue, that may include, but not limited to:

Maintaining a distance of six feet between each attendee at all times
Wearing a mask during presentation, pull down during tasting and assessment
No handshaking or touching another individual attendee
Abide by hourly sanitization of tables and hand-washing break
Water provided or bring your own bottle

ONLINE REGISTRATION: By registering online, you are creating a digital contract for our services. All sales are final and we do not guarantee performance by 3rd party vendors. Menu items subject to change based upon availability. 

REFUNDS: Due to the limited capacity, staffing and high demand for these events, refunds are available if cancellation is made up to 10 days prior to the event date by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. We reserve the right to cancel any event for any reason at which time, all registrants will be fully refunded.

EVENT LIMITATIONS: This is a private event. NO last-minute walk-ins are allowed. Everyone must pre-pay for these exclusive events so we have an accurate head count and can plan accordingly and allow for social distancing.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Those in attendance will be carded at the door and must be over 21 to attend. Absolutely no one under 21 will be allowed in the event.
